In late April, Josh Baldwin – ForMAP application specialist – attended the Northeast-Midwest State Foresters Alliance Cooperative Forest Management meeting in Columbus, OH. This is an annual meeting of state Forest Stewardship coordinators from 20 eastern states.
Josh and Tom Luther – Region 9 GIS Lead – presented new ForMAP features and results from our recent user survey. We had a great time learning about what state programs have been up to, and a fantastic field trip to Hocking Hills State Park and the stunning Whispering Cave.
